Try and find out as much as you can about the company that you are hoping to work for, and the actual job that you are applying for - so that it is obvious that you are keen and have taken the time to do some research: Companies like to see some evidence of commitment. Build up a range of subjects that you think you may be asked about, and think about how you will respond - so that you are as prepared as you can be. Ask other people about their interview experiences, especially if they are working in a field that you want to enter. If you have ever had an interview before, you will have some idea of the process and what kinds of questions you may be asked. If you go through these lists, you can think about the ways that you can demonstrate - either on your application form, or in an interview - how you fulfil the criteria. Some of the specifications are essential, and if you cannot comply with them, there is little chance of getting the job other specifications are skills that the organization would like you to have.
